The CryptoLaw Podcast: Episode 3

This week our main topic is “ICO Fails.” Each of our guests provides their thoughts about where projects are failing considering the current state of the market and their own professional or business experience (e.g., jurisdictional issues, different industries, influencer marketing strategies, etc.). Also covered is the importance of due diligence and learning from past mistakes – something which was clearly not done in the case of SEC vs Blockvest, which we also talk about.

News of the week includes a discussion of Nouriel “Dr. Doom” Roubini’s congressional testimony. We also talk about South Korea’s changing attitude towards ICOs (including its Jeju blockchain island), and its importance to Asia, in regards to the future of crypto.
